Farnigos was born out of a desire to make sustainable farming accessible to everyone, regardless of where they live. With a background in Urban Planning, We saw the potential for urban environments to contribute to food production in a meaningful way.

Our most recent project involved transforming an unused rooftop in the heart of Downtown Metro City into a flourishing urban farm. This initiative not only provides fresh, local produce to the community but also serves as a green oasis amidst the urban hustle.

Innovative Design:

Our team designed a state-of-the-art rooftop garden that maximizes space and efficiency. By incorporating advanced technologies such as hydroponics and automated irrigation systems, we created a high-yield, low-maintenance farming solution. The garden features vertical growing walls and raised beds, optimizing every inch of the rooftop space.

Sustainability: Sustainability was at the core of this project. We utilized eco-friendly materials, including recycled planters and organic soil. Our practices reduce water consumption through drip irrigation and rainwater harvesting systems. The project also includes composting systems to recycle organic waste and enrich the soil.

 

Community Engagement:

One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was the involvement of the local community.
